Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds, Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations

Here at DenX, we work hard to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that something goes wrong, please review the following policy for refunds, exchanges, returns, or cancellations.

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

Made to Order Items : As our apparel & blankets are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or has a printing error.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will either refund you or send a replacement.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If we have made an error with your order (wrong item or quantity), notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will rectify the issue by offering a refund, sending the correct items, and working with you for any product returns. 

For Returns

You must contact us for returns. Your situation & order will be reviewed and if approved, returns are under the following conditions:

  • Contact for Returns: Contact us within 5 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. Items must be dispatched back within 7 days of delivery.
  • Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The item must be in its original condition. If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund Process

  • Contact Us: To request a refund, email us at support@denx.shop with your order number and issue details. We may request photos of damaged or defective items.
  • Return Items: In case of a return, we will help provide shipping instructions. Please use a trackable service as buyers are responsible for return costs.
  • Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations if:

  • The order has not been started or the item has not entered production.
  • If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at support@denx.shop. Once the order is in production or shipped, we cannot process cancellations.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be offered in these other scenarios:

  • Change of mind on made-to-order items once production has started.
  • Items returned in damaged or used condition (unless faulty on arrival).
  • Requests made outside the 7-day window after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

  • First, check your bank account or contact your credit card provider.
  • If the refund still has not appeared, contact us at support@denx.shop for further assistance.
